By using Advicly, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

Advicly is a productivity tool that integrates with your calendar and meeting platforms to provide AI-generated summaries and client management features.

2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information via Google/Microsoft OAuth.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account session.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Meeting Recording & Consent

  • Important: You are solely responsible for complying with local laws regarding the recording of meetings. You agree to notify all participants when a meeting is being recorded by Advicly or its partners (Recall.ai).

  • Advicly is not responsible for any legal claims arising from unconsented recordings.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Billing is handled via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis unless required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Advicly for any illegal purposes.

  • Attempt to bypass our security measures or Row-Level Security.

  • Reverse engineer the AI models or platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Advicly provides AI-generated content (summaries, transcripts). While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness of AI outputs. Advicly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
